All evaluations at Abilities Reimagined begin with an Initial Consultation. This meeting is our first step in the process and gives us a chance to learn more about your concerns, review relevant history, and determine which areas should be evaluated.

You do not need to know what type of evaluation or testing is needed before scheduling. We’ll use the Initial Consultation to develop an individualized testing plan based on your concerns and the questions you want the evaluation to answer.

Following the Initial Consultation, you’ll receive a final testing proposal outlining the recommended evaluation and total cost before testing begins. We’ll also schedule your testing dates during the Initial Consultation, which will typically take place shortly afterward. You can generally expect your completed evaluation results within approximately 4–6 weeks of your Initial Consultation.

Interested in standalone gifted testing or an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE)? These services follow a different process. Please email us before booking an Initial Consultation so we can help determine the best next step.

A $160 nonrefundable payment is required to secure your Intake Conference appointment.

Current Availability: We typically book 3–6 months in advance, and the scheduling calendar below will always show the earliest available appointment. If you have already scheduled an Initial Consultation, you may join our cancellation waitlist for an earlier appointment by completing the electronic paperwork sent after booking. We do not maintain a waitlist for clients who have not yet scheduled an Initial Consultation.
