Process

We kindly request that you provide the following information three days prior to our scheduled consultation:

  1. Timeline of Events – Please let us know when your upcoming meeting is scheduled.
  2. Relevant Documents – This includes your child’s current IEP/504, newly drafted IEP/504, previous progress reports, any correspondence with the school regarding upcoming meetings or documents, most recent testing, and any other information regarding educational progress such as recent grades and test scores.
  3. Desired Outcome – Please share what led you to seek our support. Let us know your hopes for your upcoming meetings and what supports you feel your child needs but is not receiving.

Before our meeting, I will spend two hours carefully reviewing and analyzing your documents so that I can come to our meeting with a plan. During our consultation, we will work together to develop a concrete plan of action that will prepare you to be an informed and effective advocate for your child’s success in school.
