Fees

At Abilities Reimagined, we operate as an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. However, we strive to make the reimbursement process as smooth as possible for families.

Upon request, we can provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that many insurance providers require pre-authorization before testing can begin. Our team is happy to assist with this process — we’ll help you complete the necessary pre-authorization paperwork to be submitted to your insurance company.

While we’re glad to support you through the process, it’s important to contact your insurance company directly with any questions about coverage or reimbursement.

Testing

Hourly Rate: $160

Approximate Time for Evaluation: 8-12 hours

Average Cost: $1,600*

*This is the average cost for a comprehensive initial evaluation to assess for ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, etc. We also conduct standalone re-evaluations, assessments for kindergarten readiness, and private school admission. Please contact us for individual pricing.

We know testing can be a big expense for families, but misdiagnosis is even more costly. Comprehensive testing is typically a one-time expense that can save valuable time and money in the future. A proper assessment and diagnosis ensures your time and money is invested in interventions and/or therapies that are proven to be beneficial for your child’s specific needs.
